Today marks the grand debut of the E-Mobility Taiwan International Exhibition, where Master Transportation, representing the national team of electric buses, showcases the country's first electric intercity bus publicly for the first time. Additionally, Master unveils its latest innovation, using domestically-manufactured motors, the 12-meter, 2-door low-floor electric city bus, presents a blend of technology, green energy, and futuristic appeal.

The highlight of Master's exhibition is the electric intercity bus, designed for intercity transportation routes such as Taipei to Taoyuan, Taipei to Keelung, Taipei to Yilan, and others. After testing by the Automotive Research & Testing Center (ARTC), it has been proven capable of covering over 500 kilometers per day, making it one of the best-performing electric buses globally and completely meeting the mileage demands of intercity travel.

Moreover, Master showcases its new 12-meter 2-door low-floor electric city bus, which has recently passed the Ministry of Transport's 2022 Demonstration Program and utilizes domestically produced TECO central motors. The key feature of Master's fast-charging electric buses lies in their use of safer LTO (lithium titanium oxide) batteries, capable of charging from 20% to 80% in just 15 minutes. These batteries boast a much longer lifespan, with charging cycles of up to 20,000, serving as power sources for over 10 years, and can be reused as energy storage batteries for over 10 years after the vehicle is retired.

Founded in 2003, Master Transportation is a bus manufacturer with independent design and development capabilities. To date, they have produced over 7,000 buses, and operated over 6 billion kilometers on road. Their electric buses have been put into service in Taipei, New Taipei City, Kaohsiung, Chiayi, and Changhua County, jointly accelerating the process of full electrification of public buses policy by 2030. Master believes that "fast charging" will lead the world towards a brighter future with zero-carbon emissions.
